Our dried wild blueberries (bilberries) are hand-picked in certified organic forests in northern Finland. They are dried at a low temperature so that all important nutrients are optimally preserved. Nothing else has been added. This gives them a strong and wonderfully natural taste. Wild-growing Finnish blueberries contain significantly higher amounts of nutrients than cultivated blueberries (blueberries). They are rich in vitamins E, C and K, potassium, dietary fiber, copper and manganese. The arctic wild blueberry is one of the best sources of the antioxidant anthocyanin.
