Berryconcept dried lingonberries are hand-picked in Finland's organically certified forests. The berries are dried at a low temperature so that all important nutrients are optimally preserved. Nothing else is added. These red wild berries have been used for centuries for their spicy fresh taste and many health-promoting properties. It is rich in dietary fiber, vitamin E, potassium, iron, copper and manganese, among other things.
